Mario Kmenta is bringing more than 30 years of experience across European banking, investment management, and real estate.

His professional background combines senior leadership roles in banking and asset management with extensive experience in structured finance and investment strategy. He previously held key positions at Bank Austria and served as Managing Director at Invesco Asset Management and Bank Gutmann.

As a real estate entrepreneur and investor, Mario has founded and led several investment firms focused on project-driven real estate opportunities. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in investments totaling approximately USD 400 million, with a focus on identifying, structuring, and executing high-value opportunities across the market.

At NexTerra Capital Partners, he combines institutional investment discipline with entrepreneurial execution, supporting clients across acquisition, financing, structuring, and long-term value creation.

Wolfgang R. Geyer is an entrepreneur and investor with over 40 years of experience at the intersection of technology, capital markets and international business development. His entrepreneurial career spans the creation, restructuring and international scaling of companies across investment banking, management consulting and portfolio management. Today he leads an integrated group of investment and advisory entities focused on technology transformation and capital market access.

At the core of his approach is the systematic de-risking of projects and assets - risk mitigation - to make them investable for institutional investors. This includes structured risk models, consortium frameworks for regulated sectors and targeted access to growth markets for European technology companies.

He actively deploys AI-driven workflows in deal structuring, due diligence and decision-making - and advises clients on integrating these technologies into their own processes.

He serves in supervisory and advisory board capacities where strategic direction, compliance and responsible governance are paramount.
